- The applicant has given Wilor Ltd their full consent to represent them as their agent, including in the submission of applications, communicating about their application directly with the university or college, and the signing of application declarations where required.
- The applicant has given Wilor Ltd authorisation to collect personal data from it to be used for higher education purposes only.
- Any academic or professional qualifications provided by the applicant are for academic purposes only. Applicants themselves are individually accountable for the authority of the documents and information provided.
- Wilor Ltd will be functioning solely by information provided by the applicants.
- Wilor Ltd does not offer any pledges for admissions or visa for applicants.
- The applicant is interested in applying, or has applied, to one or more of Wilor Ltd’s partnering institutions and is receiving advice and assistance from Wilor Ltd.
- The applicant has confirmed to Wilor Ltd that they have declared all previous study including their highest qualification. The applicant also provided all certificates and transcripts from all previous qualifications.
- The applicant has given consent to Wilor Ltd to apply to any campus location at any of its partnering institutions.
- The applicant has confirmed that if any partnering institutions provide them with an offer(s) of study, that they give their consent for the agent to accept this offer on their behalf. The applicant has understood that the acceptance of an offer of study will enter them into a binding contract with the university or college.
- The applicant has understood that cheating of any kind during their interview is strictly prohibited and that if found guilty of violating the interview policy, it will result in their application being cancelled and a permanent ban being placed on them from applying in the future.
- The applicant has given consent to Wilor Ltd to be copied into communications between the university and college and themselves.
I, the applicant, have read and understood the contents of this form and hereby agree to all the above-mentioned statements including the sharing of my application and personal details (including financial documents where required) between Wilor Ltd and the educational institution, for the purposes of admission to the university or college and to assist in any CAS/visa application (if required).
