Your Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information: All information you provide — including identity, residency status, qualifications, and employment history — must be truthful, accurate, and complete
  • Notify us of changes: Inform us promptly if your circumstances change in a way that may affect your eligibility or application
  • Not misrepresent yourself: Submitting false information to us, to a university, or to Student Finance England is a serious matter that may result in legal consequences including criminal prosecution
  • Engage in good faith: Respond to our communications reasonably and in a timely manner to allow us to progress your application
  • Use our website lawfully: You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with our systems
  • Respect confidentiality: Materials, documents, or templates we provide are for your personal use only and must not be shared or reproduced commercially
6

Our Role and Limitations

Wilor Education acts as your guide and advocate through the university application and Student Finance process. However, it is important to understand the limits of our role:

  • We provide guidance based on the information you share with us — we cannot guarantee specific outcomes
  • We are not employees or agents of Student Finance England, the UCAS system, or any individual university admissions department
  • Our guidance on immigration matters is general in nature and does not constitute regulated immigration advice under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • We make every effort to keep our information accurate and current, but rules, eligibility criteria, and funding arrangements may change — always verify key decisions with the relevant authority
7

University Admissions Decisions

All admissions decisions — including the offer of a place, conditions attached to an offer, and final enrolment — are made solely by the university to which you apply. Wilor Education has no authority to guarantee an offer, override a university's decision, or intervene in the academic assessment process.

We will do everything in our power to present your application in the best possible light, but we cannot be held responsible for a university's decision to decline, defer, or withdraw an offer.

If you receive an offer you are unsatisfied with or wish to understand the university's appeals process, we will support you in understanding your options and the relevant formal procedures.

8

Student Finance England

We assist students in understanding and applying for Student Finance England (SFE) tuition fee loans and maintenance loans. We are not agents of SFE and do not determine eligibility — SFE makes all final decisions on all applications.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to Student Finance England. Submitting false or misleading information to SFE is a criminal offence. Wilor Education cannot be held responsible for delays, rejections, or repayment obligations arising from your SFE application.

Student Finance terms, repayment thresholds, and loan amounts are set by the UK Government and subject to change. Always check the latest information at gov.uk/student-finance.

9

Third-Party Services

Our services may include links to or referrals to third-party services. Wilor Education is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. These include:

  • Partner universities: Their own terms, admissions policies, and regulations apply once you engage with them directly
  • Casita (accommodation): A third-party platform governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy
  • Student Finance England: A government service governed by UK legislation and its own terms
  • Social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp — each governed by their respective terms and privacy policies

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Wilor Education provides its services on an “as available” basis and makes no warranties as to the outcome of any application, SFE claim, or university admissions process
  • We are not liable for any loss of opportunity, financial loss, or consequential damage arising from reliance on our guidance
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the direct financial value of services provided
  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law
